What is it?

I found this cactus on a local greenhouse for sale. What is it?

its looks like a hens and chicks plant to me , echervia x imbricata .
 
in my back yard hens and chicks griow like ground cover and i have never seen a flower
it sorta looks like it
but mine are about 3 - 4 inches a peice is average

Unless I am mistaken, this is an Aeonium species (fairly closely related to Sempervium, i.e. "hen and chicks") The common name is "house leek".
 
I agree with Tamlin. Although, hens and chicks, do flower and after the plant dies, leaving the chicks to carry on :)
 
I just remembered, I have a plant just like that, only the flowers were yellow! It flowered about 3 months ago. Lets hope for another one soon.
