Orchid cactus help

Hi,

I have an orchid cactus in a hanging basket on my front porch. It is a northeastern exposure. I repotted the cactus about 2 years ago. I used regular potting soil. I water it when it gets almost dry. It hasn't bloomed in a couple of years. I don't really know what I am doing with its care. I have never fertilized it. It seems to be ok and always adds new leaves. Would anyone know a better way to care for the plant? Am I doing something wrong?
I've never seen the flower in prime shape. I would always get to the bloom too late in the morning. I'd like to make it in time one day

Put it outside so it can recieve more light and temperature difference from day to night.

Hi Khai,

Thanks for the reply. So could it take pretty much full southwestern Texas summer sun?
