I am looking for a daphnia "culture" that I could use to feed my aldrovanda (and betta, too). If you have some available that will grow well in 90F+ water (monia?) I would be willing to trade cp's for them. If you have another variety, let me know as I might still trade for them.
There's an eBay store that sells them for pretty cheap. Beware though, I have yet to be able to keep them alive for longer than 2 days. I kinda gave up..
Jim's right, & pond water has a whole lot of other things in it too.... I got some algae eating snails from the water I took from my pond. There's even daphnia in my water trays, which really puzzles me.
