Pramrod, darlingtonias only grow where there is cool water flowing through their roots. If you can't keep their roots cool (or cool enough for that matter), then don't bother. You will just suffer the slow pain of watching them sprout, then turn brown and die. Learned it the hard way, that's why I'm trying to restrain myself from screaming out for some seeds.
