Can Devil's Claws be reproduced by leaf cuttings?

Has anyone tried to make leaf cuttings of a Devil's Claw?

I doubt it. When I accidentally snapped off leaves and their respective petioles from walking around mine (trying to water), they fell onto the ground and did nothing. After a day or so, they just dried up and died. They are very flimsy... like pumpkin leaves.

If you find anything make sure to share your findings with us...

you'd have to keep them very very very humid, because, as joosa said, they are very flimsy and at risk to drying out.

Maybe submerge them in water, like a D. binata cutting? Because they do branch from the stem...stem cuttings would most likely work as well...good luck!
