    Croatan National Forest Trips

So I've been going to this site for around 5 years now and the pictures span the last 3 years. The pictures go from most recent to oldest.

    Winter/Early Spring (Mid March 2012)

    Late Fall (early November 2011)

My personal favorite because you can see the faded splotch in the throat of the yellow pitchers towards the right

    Summer (Early July 2010)
    Anyone know what this is?

    Anyone know what this is?

That's it for now, hope you enjoyed them!

The pink flower is a Rhexia, possibly R. virginica. Once they're in your collection you cannot get rid of it.

Phil and I were discussing this a few weeks ago. The S. x catesbaeis look a lot like S. alata. Someone might have planted some there..... Any chance you could go back during flowering season and snap some shots of the flowers?
