I found this website and it has alot of very interesting facts about vft's and their habitat. I almost decided not to post this because it could endanger some vft sites, but by just listing the county, I don't think the sites will be endangered.
This site has alot of redundant info but it is worth reading.
It even tells about a site of vft's in Alabama. It also shows list the years that vft's were last seen in each county and it lists counties that no longer have vft's. It also shows how fast the present sites are shrinking and gives the reason for their dissappearence. It's really worth the time to read.
