Quote[/b] ]I can't imagine spending the night in line for anything. Although I think with the right attitude and preparation it might be kinda fun.
See, that was my attitude. I would have minded waiting for second shipment or something, I just figured it'd be a fun, different experience and I'd invite a few friends along to have a good time.
I originally went with 1 friend and my little brother, but after making a routine call I ended up having 3 friends and my brother in line. One friend didn't even buy. lol

Quote[/b] ]That said, I like ALL systems, including my old Jaguar...
Boo yah! lol My little brother has ours set up currently. I don't remember what it was called, but my favorite game involved going around and shooting at polygons in a 3d environment. AWESOME! lol
Any other Dreamcast fans in here? My friend and I always rock out on our DCs with some Ikaruga and stuff.

Quote[/b] ]I even prefer the graphics of old games like Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana and Yoshi's Island to many modern games, because they have a theme and cohesion that most games today can't even hope to touch.
Yoshi's Island is one of my all-time favorites.
A version came out for the DS recently, but I'm gonna wait a "while" before getting it. Between Galactic Civilizations II and all of my WII stuff, and Elite Beat Agents for the DS (sooo addicting) I'm set in the gaming department.

Quote[/b] ]I think Nintendo has made some nice moves in creating their next-gen system and will be anxious to see how they do in the upcoming months since they are so radically different then the competition; both of which are just big bad machines with lots of horsepower and the same games.
That's one of my turn ons to the Wii. All of the consoles have their own cool stuff, but the Wii has completely different gaming due to the whole movement sensors stuff.

Quote[/b] ]Me and my girlfriend camped outside Best Buy for 36 hours for the Wii. Both nights temps were under 36. I got a Wii, and extra controller, extra nunchuk, Zelda, Rayman, Monkey Ball, and Trauma Center. It was soooo worth it, I have been playing it nonstop. I highly recommend it.
Congrats on being able to get another controller, that's a feat! lol The CC I was at had ~19 nuncucks, ~5 classic controllers, and I don't think they had any extra Wiimotes.
My little brother got Trauma center. Surgery with three dimensional movement sensors... AWESOME.
Ok, now to start playing! (Just got home from school.
