Many sportsmen are avid wildfowl conservationists and are responsible for many of the protected wetland areas- indirectly benefiting CP's. The hunters are really the best things for the ducks and plants because atleast they can have their habitat
    that makes no logic

Awww, why the hell do people like shooting things so much?! Jeez!
    ***********************************************************

cause they taste good........hate plucking the things though............REALLY hate that........

as Finch said, i wouldnt bad mouth water fowl hunters to much, they save more wetlands every year along with rehabilitating old ones that had been drained than any other organization in the USA by a LOOOOOOOOOOOOONG ways

I heard last night on the news that Perky died on the operating table, they thought they lost her but 20 seconds later she was flapping her wings, lol. Now she's in a bird sanctuary. YAY Perky Duck!

some how i find it satisfying to know my wife wouldnt have called the vet..........she prolly would have finshed the thing off before i got home by herself, cleaned it to mke sure it was dead and served it up for dinner

course i cant fathom leaving a whole duck ing the fridge for two days.........would imagine the guts would get quite ripe being as insulating as the feathers are helping put off the cool down.........rule around here is birds are cleaned when yah get home, big game may hang in the garage overnight if temps allow it, if they dont butchering must commence right quick...........
