Two significant problems:
1. I really can't speak French.
2. I am a singularly awful public speaker.
I'm bringing in three of my plants... my VFT, one of my ping's, and the nepenthes (ventricosa). I'm hoping they'll be too distracted by the really cool plants to notice my butchering of the French language Sadly my professor has "House"-like abilities in grammatical observation, and French has all these lovely subtleties in pronunciation that are completely lost in a Long Island accent... I'm doomed.
Anyway... back to teaching my gerbil about les feuilles poisseuse, les pichets et les pieges (sticky leaves, pitchers and traps)
Wish me luck!
