    Tissue culturing nepenthes?

    Well I have most everything to tc exept the ms but can you tc nep tissue I have 30 miluters of PPM so maybe a 12 hour soak in 50% has anyone tried?

    This genus is widely propagated by tissue culture. That's where all the cube of death plants come from.

    vegitativly through a really small basal shoot,Carol is helping me out she is selling the "only with kit owner" stuff you can buy from her to me so I will get the ms and bap in a few days and I am set. When I do get one into tc then you can make tons of whatever is in vitro because there are no internal viruses.

    Neps need to be done by seed for the most part because it is nearly impossible to clean their vegitative matter. It can be done but might be a bit beyond the level of a beginner
