    Lowes death cube makeover

Been to Lowes lately? Their distrubutor seems to have finally figured that their cubes did more harm than good. The newer design is far from ideal, but at least an improvement. The plant I just got is a sarr hybrid of some sort and it actually in a plastic pot within the cube. The lid opens up which makes acclimating the plant much easier. I just started with this one a few days ago, but the plant is doing fine and I just have to prop the lid up a little bit at a time.

They still keep them buried inside the indoor section, but at least it is a start.

wow...it would be great if you can post some pics. I got one lowes cube one time....do they offer any new CP's as well, apart from typical VFT's, ventrata, D.aldae and the common ones?

I just bought a small cube with a VFT, just because I no longer have a VFT in the collection. Anyways, it doesn't look any different than it had... so far.

I think Bug Biting Plants was the original manufacturer. Man, how long did it take them to figure out that their mini terrariums were crap?
