i agree with you but not everything is necessary. Take CPs for example. i doubt a nep grower would use them for medical purposes strictly.

yep sure enough the incites gained in growing Neps cant be applied elsewhere.........

i think they are in your state... i know in cali and NY but i cant rememberif its ME or MA ....pretty sure its MA
