Isn't that just a general technique of journalism? "Soundbytes" - it's what they use to make talk radio.

That may be so, but my point was that the journalist being terrible does not mean that he or CNN is biased. Fundamentally, it just means that at the very least, CNN hired poor journalists, or doesn't set high enough expectations on them. My point was that you can't infer that all media (or even CNN) is biased based off one "interview" conducted by someone who shouldn't even be reporting for the high school paper.

This should definitely be looked into. Voter fraud is serious, regardless of who the candidates are.

I don't see how he could have voted twice though. I thought you needed your voter card, ID, and they kept a list of who has voted already. He could have been just blowing smoke.

I agree. I'm not trying to minimize the problem presented in the "interview," but I almost wonder if they did follow up and didn't report anything because they found he was just blowing smoke and/or there was nothing to the story and/or the news is filled with "more important" stuff right now. I can see how the last thing I mentioned may play into the media bias argument, but it is still weak in my opinion. However, coupled with other examples, it would be more legitimate.

I also agree; although as Scot said, he didn't even have to show his ID. Again, I'm not trying to minimize anything or raise a ruckus, but from the context of what he was already saying about waiting in line, or the line was to long so he left and came back. Maybe he meant he came to vote multiple times? If this was the case, and CNN did follow up, it just might not have been sensational enough to break the headlines and boost ratings. I know that is a lot of "ifs," but it is a possibility. I for one would love to see more about this.
