    The forecast I just saw predicts more like 6" instead of the 1-3" on that map, but it's supposed to begin overnight and continue into Wednesday. That's an awfully slow rate of snowfall. The map shows the west shore of Nova Scotia getting the most and then the storm magically disappearing in the hundred miles to Newfoundland. Maybe storms aren't patient enough to wait for the ferry, so they drown during the crossing.
