The USS Arizona that day. 1177 crew members lost their lives during that attack.

The entire Japanese attack lasted only 90 minutes. At the end of that time, 2386 Americans lay dead, including 55 civilians, while another 1139 lay wounded.

Thank you so much for helping us remember the lost lives which we sometimes forget without the bravery of our military folk we would all be at a loss, for our freedom, that I myself sometimes take for granted .
Thanks again for reminding me Jimmy Conner.

Are there still bodies in the Arizona? Someone told me that they never retrieved anyone from the Arizona after it sank.
