So hopefully.. I just keep posting pics here all the time instead of continually making new threads. Here we go..things have been slow because it's been chilly and dark this winter, but it's finally picking up.
To start 'er off, here's a tilly
All my plants are making 'stupid little lid syndrome' pitcher lids lately... it might be temperature related?
N. truncata 'Queen of Hearts' x 'King of Spades'
Wistuba's Nepenthes sp. Doorman's top #2, which is rumored to be Nep. papuana
puny pitchers still, but I'm just glad it's alive..
Pygmy Drosera stretching their flower stalks toward the sun
Sarracenia oreophila
Sarracenia flava (ornata)
The Drosera tray that's got capensis, burmanni, lots of pygmies, and some paradoxa and hybrids of it
Mixed Pinguicula
Utricularia nelumbifolia... there were flower petals on those just yesterday afternoon, and I tried to pollinate last weekend after both flowers were finally opened, so maybe I'll get seed.
Nepenthes tenuis, the ever charming
Nepenthes veitchii x boschiana
very recently opened Nepenthes adrianii: this plant puts out a lot of leaves and pitchers, but unfortunately it loses pitchers just as fast as it puts them out. Very variable pitcher color too - sometimes they have redder pitchers and red peristomes too.
Newly opened Nepenthes densiflora x truncata 'King of Clubs'
