Ok last question a promise! How many hours of sunlight do they get each day? I'm trying to decide whether to get a terrarium or keep growing on my windowsill as I want more interesting plants..

Do you have artificial lighting to supplement when the photoperiod dips below 11 hours? My window sill Neps stopped pitchering from November until mid-spring.

CreatureTom - They get 5-6 hours of direct morning light, and 10 hours of indirect bright light.

jim - No I don't, My ventricosa and ventrata did the same as you. the rest slowed down but still pitchered... Might add some extra lights thins winter.

Nice!...amazing how the pitchers on the aristo look nothing like aristo!
Some days it just isn't worth chewing thru the restraints.

    Small updates:

    N. truncata "pasian" - same pitcher, just can't get enough of it.

    N. sanguinea - as you can see, I'm really fond of it

    N. inermis - upcoming pitcher

    N. jamban - first pitcher in my care

    N. veitchii - can't wait for this one to open

    N. Reinwartiana - first pitcher in my care

    N. spectabilis x aristolochioides - looking good

For fun, two begonias, and some portulaca flowers
