Read it for yourself guys. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/kristin-wartman/pizza-is-a-vegetable_b_1101433.html
So apparently, Congress says that pizza is now a vegetable because it has enough tomato paste in it to consider it one full serving of vegetables... What's wrong with the world guys, last time I checked tomato was a freakin' fruit. You know you're in America when pizza is a vegetable... What do you guys think about this?

What has this world come too!... I guess french fries and all that greasy fast food is taking over the world.

We already know politicians are idiots. This is just additional proof.

The republicans own the frozen food companies so they paid the government to include pizza in the vegetable list. Because somehow tomatoes are a vegetable even though they are a fruit.

This is why the country is falling apart..

the Federal government has no business even *thinking* about school pizza!!
but its one of things they feel they need study, employ many people to study, and spend lots of taxpayer money to study.
urrr...

I totally believe we could cut the government in half and be MUCH better off..

and in the end, both scenarios would result in frozen pizza being what our children are being fed.

That comic is awesome!

More people need to take botany classes, or just regular bio...... I really have no other words for this because the intelligence level is too low.

While it is true, botanically speaking, that the tomato is a fruit, the US government (per the Supreme Court) has excepted the tomato as a vegetable for over a hundred years.

This situation won't be remedied by cutting even more money from education that's for sure!

"Guess what ? This year our school is using sharpened sticks to write in the mud with! Gotta bring your own sticks and dirt though...."

See, there you go! Socialism or communism is better than capitalism in my opinion, its just that its very hard to introduce into a society, Soviet Union, China, and Cuba did it all wrong. The way you must do it is start with a democracy and slowly switch to communism over 100s of years, eventually when it is completely communism then the government will slowly lose power until it becomes obsolite. ehh, just rambling now but I find this stuff very interesting.

The problem with that is..those in power never go willingly! ;)
Once you create a government, its hard to get rid of it..except by bloody revolution.

(has a National government ever peacefully dissolved? not that I can think of..)

just curious, what would make your system "good"? compared with the way the USSR, China and Cuba did it? I dont understand why that kind of Communism would be better..
(better than either USSR/China/Cuba communism, or better than Capitalism)
