OK, a 1/4 strength of Orchid Focus will be quite weak. You might want to experiment with root feeding at a stronger strength, on a 'disposable' plant. Like I said, I use full strength (5ml/2 litre) root feed on Cephalotus, with no noticeable harm.

I usually do a few sprays of 1/4 solution in the pitchers once a week and a foliar spray once every 2 weeks.

    Maxsea here.
I use 1/4 tsp per gallon as a foliar feed and occasional soil drench.
I do not use it in the pitchers, I use bettabites for that, every month or two.
every one of my neps has loved it and are growing quite well.....'cept for the Rajah, it seems to be slower than the Gov't.

About how much of this mix do I pour through the pots at a time. Do I pour the entire 2L of mixed fluid?

I'm using MSU Urea-free Orchid Fertilizer for my neps at half power. Twice a month, followed by a 1-1/2 cup RO/DI flush. I've only fertilized one time so far.

I usually water the plants first then fertilise. I don't know the exact quantity, but I guess it's just enough to water through - which won't be much if you watered first.

So mass, it's been a couple months, have you seen any increase in your plants?

Thought I'd add to this but I've always used coffee...the stuff works like magic due to the big amounts of nitrogen. Some plants that have stalled for years are finally growing fast again!

In addition to growing plants, I design and build RC planes powered by Tesla batteries. Check out my progress at www.chargedplanes.com
