be careful what you wish for. There are other variegateds, but most are insanely expensive. This one isn't, thank goodness. I got it for about $18.

More pictures, as promised.

Here are some new Nepenthes I got yesterday.

Never thought I'd say I like N. ventricosa.

It's marked as N. gracillima, but we all agreed that they're most likely a mini N. alba. The uppers will tell!

Heh heh heh! I asked about that. They said they left it there because it was just too funny to move. :-))

  • #146
That's an impressive truncata! You got some nice Neps.

  • #147
That truncata isn't mine. Wish I did have one like it, though, and the room for it.

  • #148
I know, I saw the facebook photo they posted of it. I need to visit that place next time I'm on the West Coast.

  • #150
Wow...I have never seen this in neps before...they just get so hungry, but they have to eat...:mwahaha:

  • #151
I want the flytrap!

  • #152
Get in line. :p

Seriously, I'd ask Andrew, first, and see if he can order one. If not, PM me for where I got it, but I get you can make a pretty dang good guess already.

Hmmm.... I DO wonder what kind I'd flytraps Andrew can wrangle up.

During the move I found an old friend. I'm spoiled with my digital; I need to buy a macro lens for this old gal. I have all these long lenses, but nothing shorter than that little 35mm seen here. This camera is as old as I am! :awesome:

Time to get saving! I used up some old film in it, and I was getting frustrated that I could only get a good focus 8" and further away. Grrrr!

Nice! I love the retro feel.

I do too. I liked how my hands remembered what to do. Lemme see if I can still find film.
