Ummm... I don't see any Nepenthes villosa. Maybe the picture isn't working?
looks good to me What temperature are you keeping your cultures at? My villosas are a few months older but smaller, kept at a constant 65 F.
I have divided them into two categories, one being kept at 72 F during the day and then dropping down to 59 F at night, those cultures are kept in my lab. The other group are kept in an ultra highland grow chamber where the ultra highland species that are in vitro are kept at a 69 F to 72 F day temp, and then the night temps range from 41 F to 46F. The last picture is a sample of the seedlings kept in the grow chamber, they are more compact and have more coloration, while the ones kept at a warmer temp seem to have nodal elongation and slight etiolation. This could be due to several factors not just differences in temps, however common knowledge seems to point to the cooler temps providing healthier growth if all factors are the same.
