Looking for some electronics engineering help

I have a cool little clock that's acting a little buggy, and I'd like to debug it. There's a bit of a language barrier between me and the guy that built it, minimal help there. I know that the guy programmed it himself; is there a way that I can work with it? I will learn what I have to, if I must, depending on equipment cost. I'd add more info, but I don't know what to add. I'll find out.

Jut for giggles, here's a closeup of the nixie tubes running:

A little bit off topic, I found this cool blog. It's interesting. http://warrantyvoidifremoved.com/troopers

Those nixie tubes look pretty amazing. I'm not sure what you're asking though. What does the bug seem to be?

It's a program bug, I think. It has the option of showing the date every two minutes or every five, and it won't do it when set to five. Now it's stuck in 24 hour mode, even when I set it to 12 hour mode. Goofy things like that. Resetting it does not solve the problem.

    Katie,

You need someone with first hand knowledge of Nixies.... may just be a DIP switch issue.

Might want to get the numbers off the driver module or umm whatever they call it and post your issue here:
