The oldest pitcher on my N. ventricosa (left)) vs the newest one (right)
    That size gap is great!
(Yes, its not technically on the plant anymore, as I just trimmed it off :3)

Small update, I have a new arrival

I got this small N. ventricosa "black peristome" about a week ago, it is a pretty color-less plant but thats okay with me, like a fine wine itll become better with age.

The red seed grown N. ventricosa (arist x thorelii) has finally opened its pitcher! Its very bright red and fades to orange near the base wth a yellow peristome

Here is its starch green sibling plant to compare color with:

The red plant is also making a new pitcher with the same distinct "Redhead" (I think I might start calling this plant Redhead now )

My Nepenthes spathulata x rob is just opening its first pitcher in my care, and I took a quick photo of the teeth just starting to form.

My pot of D. dichrosepala are really starting to come in. There is about 30 of them, so I just took a few shots of the largest ones.

Also my N. ventricosa newest pitcher has some crazy peristome thingy. Im pretty sure this will color up and curl into a nice peristome, but Ive never had a plant with one of these before so I honestly have no idea.

Yeah the N. ventricosa is just popping out before it rolls over. The bigger the peristome the more the "pop". Your N. spathulata x robcantleyi is doing it too, actually, and its peristome is much bigger.

Ah okay This is the first pitcher that my N. ventricosa has done that on, so hopefully itll be a nice peristome!
