Ummm.... There is a posted thread at the top of the list on dormancy that should have all your questions answered

Pics could be nice though for reference.

Oh, and Neps never go dormant

Also, your request is phrased badly. Something like "could someone please" would probably work better.

I'm not sure how many folks would have photos of dormant plants...they are usually not much to look at. I know I don't photograph pots of crispy pitchers and blackened flytraps.

Its a little too early here for plants to be in full dormancy...things are still growing albeit slowly.

Maybe someone has a pic of hibernaculae though.

Here are a couple photos of plants that are dormant or starting to go dormant.

    Drosera intermedia
This is a photo from last season.

    Dionaea muscipula
Here you will see that the traps and leaves are starting to blacken and die off.

    Sarracenia catesbaei and Sarracenia rubra
One can see that most of the pitchers have browned and only a few newer pitchers remain. This photo was just taken after a heavy rain. The amount of water in the tray has been reduced.

    Well....................

If these aren't dormant now, they should be. They got froze the other night when I forgot to bring them in. It got down to 22F. Of course, since then it hasn't gotten below 40F at night. Probably because I've remembered to bring them in at night .
