The Sarawak giant should have many purple/brown sploches on the pitchers with a light greenish background, and mine has a green peristome that turns brown toward the inner edge. I can't tell by that picture, as it's a bit hazy

. It sucks that you didn't have enough money left to by it. The same thing happened to me at California Carnivores. missed out on N. tentaculata, multiple, potted N. spathulata seedlings, N. maxima, N. gracillima x sanguinea, and some other rare species. Oh, how we wish we were wealthier....
