Looks good.
Tip though.. the image is 88kb which is enough for a high resolution 4 x 6 image. It took me 45 seconds just to download the image file. Try knocking it down to around 10kb or less. You will not see much difference on a tiny avatar and it will load so much faster for everyone (including yourself).
