Parrot plant?

Picked a "parrot plant" up this weekend in PA. Anyone heard of this plant before It looks a lot like the cobra lillies, but purple and lies on the gound when fully grown...not something I have seen before. Any help would be appreiciated.

I think you mean the parrot pitcher plant Sarracenia Psittacina.

I have 2 seedlings of this plant, I think they like to be waterlogged, good luck.

that's them! Neat looking, never heard of them before this weekend. I saw them in up to five gal containers, and they were relatively large. I take it the care would be similar to s. purpea with it being waterlogged from what the info on it said, thanks!
