    I second what Tamlin says. It is a wire shelving rack that Lowes sells (here the 4-foot/5-tier shelf sells for $78)...comes in white, black and chrome). The shelves are fully adjustable in one inch increments and hold 350 lbs each so you can customize the height to your needs. I have seen a similar shelf at Sam's Club that has wheels on it. These shelves are VERY sturdy and can be disassembled if you ever need to remove it.

    I currently have several 3-foot shelves but thanks to a Lowes gift card, I will probably purchase a 5-tier...its longer, deeper, higher and will accommodate my 4' light fixtures better. You could also use these to make a nep chamber as well.

    Okay, I've got the shelves and the bulbs, but I'm having a hard time finding light fixtures. Does anyone have a brand they can recomend? Thanks

    Any should be fine. It might be worth your money to get the electronic energy efficient ballast, though.
