When I was a kid I had a basement full of tanks - 8 of them. I had a breeding pair of black convicts in one; jewel fish in another; a mixed tank for livebearers; a tank for water sprite; and the rest devoted to breeding, dwarf, thicklipped, blue, & pearl gouramis; bettas & paradise fish. Had no idea that years later I would work for a tropical fish wholesaler, taking care of one section of freshwater fish, saltwater fish & invertebrates, and the plants. Didn't pay much but it was fun. What does Spectabilis refer to? Is it a species of CP?

spectabilis73-I use to work in san diego. I worked on NASNI (which is the naval station for those who may not know). I controlled the airspace from about San clemente island south past TJ. I also worked the areas off of Big Sur, Salinas, and Oakland. So I am familiar with all of the nocal stuff. Towers are still used, probably more then ever. Basically, there are severaly layers to the Air Traffic system. 1-the tower, they get you up to about 10k feet or so, depending, and hand you off to 2 approach control and they can take you as high as 23k feet or so. Then there is us, the center. We handle you up at the highest elevations, as well as to the ground in some spots. I control around Raliegh NC, and there are places known as uncontrolled airports where pilots do their own thing and we clear them to where ever after that. It can get to be very busy. We handle in the neighborhood of 8500 operations on any given day.

mcrwt644, what an awesome job. Not one I would like but it is one of those things when you think about it you go, " wow..."
drunknmunky, that's another awesome job. I have seen some really wonderful nude photographs - real art, just beautiful. Do you have a favorite subject? Besides CPs, I can't ever stop talking about fly-fishing or CARS!! Well, let's talk about the goods... First, fly-fishing:

Orvis Battenkill 5/6 Disc Reel
Orvis somethingWater 8 or 9 foot, I have to check.
I have been on several fly-fishing trips, if anyone else fishes a lot, just ask about them.

CARS!! :
I love flinging my dad's 2004 E55 AMG around the road course near my house. Riding in a friend's Ferrari F40, and racing against several other Porsches, Evos, etc. (in the E55) I'm not in to modifying/"tuner" cars, or that whole deal. I like factory performance or modifying for WRC (my favorite), and I love a nicely restored classic. The SRT-4 friend should come drag race me in the E55. Ooh, that would be a close one. LOL!

I also love all herps, nature, etc. Any music that's not weird, rap, anything new and "hip", etc. I'm a little bit different than most.
Geocaching is another pretty big one. Lots of fun.
Being Italian and being my self.
Peace on Earth!! Hey, I have an E55! Great car, unbelievable power. I'm selling it, though. Don't drive it enough to justify owning it. Anyone want to buy a 1999 E55 with 25K miles on it?

Ah yes, the Mercedes Benz E55 AMG is an awesome car.
0-60 mph:4.5 seconds.

Capslock, I don't believe that there is a 1999 E55 AMG. Mercedes started building them last year, I think.
