    Unhappy

I am looking for some detailed instructions on how to propagate CPs with tissue cultures. I found some info on the Net but it didn't get into very much detail about the agar, and what cuttings or tissues are used, etc. I realize its probably complicated, but the info I saw didn't look too bad. We have a microbiology lab where I work (with jimscott) so I can easily gain access to their media, instruments, incubators and autoclave, etc. and I thought it would be something to try.

Anyway, if anyone could give me some more info or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

A good book to get is Plants from Test Tubes. It does not cover cps, but gives great info on equipment, culture setups, etc.

If you look around, you will find info on Kitchen Culture Kits.
