I'm lousy with the cuts of meat.... I never know which is which. I do know that I like T-bones better than shell steak, but beyond that, I get them all confused. Speaking of pizza, I just dined upon a most scrumptious (sp?) slice from our local Portafinos (NY pizza is the best!), which, mind you, is the equivelent of 2 1/2 to 3 regular slices. No joke. These slices are HUGE. They require three plates minimum to carry.
