chance of frost overnight tonight..
I thought about bringing my CPs in for the night, but im going to just let them deal with it..might not hit 32..even if it does, they can take it..
(only VFT's and Sarracenia outside right now..all the Neps are still in)

I feel your pain. I have no air conditioning though and sweat my skinny aaa...rear end off in the summer. Taking a cold bath works most of the time. Humidity SUCKS!!! I do enjoy the cheap gas bills during the summer that is a positive.

Hehe. We have perfect temps here right now, but do not fear, it will not last.

Oh, you Northern Cali people are babies!
What I wouldn't give for some nice, sweltering heat right now.
A nice, not day is like mother nature giving you a warm hug!

Going to be close to 100 today, and I am celebrating. My sarracenia love it and I keep their humidity up. Brings out the color in my flava var. rubricorpora. They like it hot, as do the atropurp's. My inefficient oreophila's are catching more insects than any of the other new leaves that are open with them and the tube is halfway full. The other three oreo's are late sending up pitchers, but this heat will help them grow. I am not worried about me, I work outdoors all day and am used to the heat and the cold. Those who live in cooler climes have it bad around here when heatwaves hit. Spec!! Don't melt on us, man! Hang in there, and I will send you some popcicles!! Go live in Death Valley for a few years, and when you get back, it will seem cold to you here!
