lol Merlin...you are a smart man. I know you can do better than that! Where is that biting sense of humor? Can't you think of something more witty than...Sparky? (BTW...do you remember Reddi Kilowatt?)

A "biting sense of humor" for a puppy? LOL

Sorry, I don't remember Reddi Kilowatt. That could be my memory or it could be that the little critter never made it to Long Island

Reddi Kilowatt...the little electric guy made out of red lightning bolts with a lightbulb for a nose? Many electric companies....err...a few years ago...used Reddi as a co-opped advertising figure. And there were many Reddi Kilowatt promotional items including pins, earrings, desk figurines, pot holders, match books, ashtrays, etc. (I have a few Reddi Kilowatt items...some worth a few bucks).

I guess you don't remember Esso and the tiger in your tank either... *sigh* I'm so old.... OH YEAH! I forgot...I'm only 30! hehe

I'll have you know 'twas I that wrote the program to reprint all the Esso stock certificates with the fledgling Exxon name. If it weren't for me, they'd be Esso yet!

    Bobbed Barker?

So YOU were responsible for the loss of Esso! lol Going by the prices these days, the slogan "Put a Tiger in Your Tank" oughta be "Put Liquid Gold in Your Tank."

Funny you say that...someone I work with has a poodle named Bob Barker. He's really cute (doesn't have that fancy poodle hair-do) and the name suits him. So...unfortunately, Bobbed Barker is out. Good one though.

Chelsea? or maybe Amera (pronounces Am-eer-a), Rufus (sp? pronounces roo-fus), or Zoey? I can think of other names
