Is there anyway I can make my own distilled water without buying it or without RO? for example, could I boil it for 10 minutes, and then let it cool? would that work?

Well ventricosaa highland species, and rafflesiana is a lowland species, so i dont think they can be in the same tank. And they get big

Ok if you have proper lighting ands space (i dont know how big they get, but i dont think 20 gallons will hold more than one)

As for the stream, yes it would work, but i dont think you (legaly[/L]) can take water from it unless you on water rights for that body of water.
