Avicularia avicularia "Guyanese pink toe" It's arboreal. It'll be here today and it should be 1/4" 1st instar. The tarantula thing is catching my interest quickly. I traded for a N. campanulata X veitchii

Avicularia avicularia, Pinkies? Those are pretty cool, easy too. I never kept them but I had a A. Versicolor, Died in mid-molt during its 4th or 5th instar The pinktoe is on my to-get list, Tell me how it goes.

Is our society getting too lazy to go out and collect their own bugs?

tarantulas and Neps both are delicate to pesticides and insecticides that wild insects can carry and have an immunity to which the "soft" plants and animals and insects do not.

I got my tarantula today. It's abot 1/3" long. It has a black body and pink legs, as it matures it will be all blac with pink toes and an iridescent green to its back. It ate its first fly here today already.
