Microsoft team of game developers would need to be high on something really strong to sell the license to halo or halo 2. It won't happen... well.. at least not for a few years.
They say if you play a Microsoft CD backwards, you hear satanic messages. Thats nothing, cause if you play it forwards, it installs Windows.

Firstly, the first Halo is one of the most overrated pieces of software I've ever played. Granted its a good game, but the game is hardly the greatest thing since sliced bread. Most folks who have been playing PC shooters for a long while now mostly know better, myself included, particuarly those who play Unreal Tournament. The weapon selection was sucky and monotonous, the types of enemies in the game weren't diverse at all and got really repetitive towards the end, and while vehicle combat in it is fun, UT2004's vehicle combat pretty much makes Halo's stuff look like Pong. Admittedly Halo came up with it first, but its not who does it first that matters, but who does it best.

Second, you don't have to buy an X-Box to play the game. The PC version will follow shortly, and with any luck it won't be the half-assed port that the first game had.

Third, why compete with the X-Box and PS2 when you can just buy both and enjoy the libraries of great games they have? Its not nearly as expensive as it used to be, since you can get both consoles for $200 ($100 each) and even cheaper if they're used.

Fourth, I'm reasonably sure Bungie owns the license and the properties, so if they were to ever seperate from Microsoft like Rare did with Nintendo, they would likely take Halo with them. Of course, that's highly unlikely so I doubt it really matters anyways.
Some random words.

I'm pretty sure the PS3 will beat all the platforms with its new cell technology in all aspects, except the price!

if you wanna get into future consoles, xbox next will take the cake. The xbox next will have 3 mac G4 processors. PS3's cell won't be able to compete with that, Microsoft is making sure that Xbox Next will be many times more powerful than PS3. It is rumored that xbox next will use blue-ray discs, which can hold many gigabytes of storege (hundreds). Blue lasers are more precise than the traditional red lasers, making it possible to store more data in the disc.

Blu-Ray will hold much more data, but it's unclear when it will be ready for market.

Will you please stop insisting that xbox is better?
The majority of people here like PS2 a lot more, and there is no point in saying that Xbox is better all the time.
Fine, you have made your opnion in a couple of posts, you like Xbox better, but it doesnt mean we do.
You ahve made our opinon clear in a few posts, so why do you keep picking on people who say good things about PS2?
