Bug, I think they plan on a plant raid! Time to pull out those mutants you've been working on so long! Gosh, that would be scary to see something that big!

I'm planning on giving up a P. agnata (the one that can get up to 14" according to Pyro), Drosera 'Marston Dragon' oh yea and a D. dichtoma(sp) 'giant'.

Yeah Baby! Bog raid! Save CPs endangered by Bugweed--not. I'm planning on driving toward Cayahoga Falls, Ohio--north of Akron. Isn't that near Ozzy? Maybe I can lighten his load.

Better watch out if you see Ozzy. You could go there to get plants and come home with the Golden Gate Bridge and a bunch of wooden nickels. Crafty, he is.

Ok...you go grab Ozzy's stuff and I'll get Bugweed's. hehe

  • #36
Well, Ozzy may be too far away while I'm in Ohio. But I am willing to fly out to CA, get Bug's plants, AND the Golden Gate for real!

BTW, PAK, everything in that bog picture I posted will be put up for the NASC, or at least 1/2 of each plant which are all 6+ bloomers!

  • #38
Rubras are about 12" tall, well formed, and prolific bloomers. The S. flava's are from an extirpated site, and really well built. About 14" to 18 " and just part of a large ganet. I am breaking off 4 to 6 pieces to donate individually. They are s. flava var. rugellii, with the smudge throat patch, and a yellow green color (at least in this sun) and have no veining whatsoever. The only color is in the throat.
By the way PAK and JBL. You are not getting anything from this back yard. I have video suveillance and everything, so just try it. I could really put the squeeze on ya if you take any ESA plants. I may even go so far as to haunt you both!!!
