Will this work?

I have my stressed bare rooted cp collection that I potted up yesterday in a terrarium to give them more light since it has been overcast lately.
The lighting is 2 seperate 1 bulb fixtures each has 75 watt incadecent
equilivant gving me a total of 125 watts at a cool color of light.
Will this work? Should I just ditch this setup and buy something different
and if so what do I use for a 10 gallon tank?

No, no no you do not go by the "equivalent". You go by the actual wattage, and you don't even get all of that because those energy savers restrike and lose a lot of light due to their double helix shape. You probably have about 35-40 watts going depending on the bulb.

You could probably grow D. adelae under your current light, maybe some low-light Utricularia but that's it.

I'd go and buy a 4 foot, 4 tube fluorescent fixture, that should give you 160 watts.

Okay they are outside they love the new sun !
I will use it for the queensland sisters,
and will buy a 2 foot fixture soon when in the
winter hits I will take my subtropical dew inside.
I may have killed my venusta from the shipping though :(
