Fantastic updates, Brok. That vent x sib x spec x northiana looks like it's going to be pretty incredible.

Thanks Mass, Favian, Mato and Corky. :)

Ellison and Peatmoss: Thank you. The nice thing about mirrorless cameras is that the size of the camera is tiny compared to DSLRs - namely through the removal of the pentaprism - which means a smaller, thinner camera. The sensor size is smaller than the APS sensor (about half the size) but good enough to give you fantastic resolution and clarity. Couple that with fantastic lenses from Leica and Olympus (which are about half the size or smaller than 35mm equivalents) and you have a winning, portable combination that's hard to beat.

Ron: You should definitely consider M43. It's a great format. I won't lie: There's stiff competition from Sony and their NEX cameras, but the glass available for M43 is much better quality than anything Sony has put out yet.

Your experiences & recommendation has definitely put this camera in the running. The small size & in-body stabilization are major positives. The ability to use most other manufacturer's lenses is also an excellent plus (I could actually get a Canon & in a pinch - use this body as a backup - wow!). I'm a bit concerned by the smaller sensor but your images are helping me get over it ...

I won't go with Sony - I've regretted every Sony purchase I've got sucked into over the past 10 years (not cameras - everything else). I know it's probably just me but I'm not going there again...

Thanks for all your input.

It's been a long time, yes. I've been busy with work and as a result a little neglectful of my plants. Still, here's an update of how they're doing!
