Gurl are you kidding me? I LOVE repotting! You get to mix up all the medium, rinse it, put just the right amount in and stick your friend into their new home, then top the pot with a comfy blanket of live sphag. So fun. :boogie:

Growing the N. x Sophia sideways I see. Interesting technique, I may have to try it out. Just wondering, how do you get it to stick to the wall without falling? :p

  • #51
Looks great TOG!

  • #52
heh heh, lol. i like the way Pine describes the process of repoting! makes it sound kinda cute! comfy blanket of sphag! lol!

so... how do you keep that pot with the sideways nep from tipping over? it looks seriously off balance, and i assume you cant just set it down, cause wouldnt the pot just fall over? did you add gravel or something heavy in the base of the pot, below the media to balance it out? thats how i would have done it

I was wondering that too. The tendrils on that plant must be pretty stiff because they're growing sideways. Looks like all the pitcher fluid would drain out... ???

Repotting wa kawaii desu. ;)
