window opener

I know it's winter and what I ask is for summer but......
Has anyone experience with automatic window opener for his greenhouse?
is it good and worth the cost? (about 50$)

Hi Arie, are you talking about the ones that have a chemical in them and this expands that extends (opnes) or contracts (closes) the vent from the piston? If so, I think they are good. My old Agriculture teacher has a greenhouse with these in it and they seem to work fine, of course I've only been to his a few times so I do not know if hes ever had to replace the chemical element, piston, etc. Seems like a good investment for automatic convection venting if you were to have a vent near the ghouse base and a vent up high to open with these devices, so you would get convection cooling.

Thanks
I think I got the answer I was looking for.
