Cost of building a bog...

Well, I am thinking of putting together a bog in my round fountian thing that just collects mosquitos... I Have the container to put it in, and I was wondering just how much it would cost beyound that, and whether I could do it in under 100 bucks... Also, where can you find long fiber moss.. Having trouble finding it. Would Orchard Supply Hardware have it?

Home Depots, Lowes, And Franks usually has them, and gardening stores are sure to sell LFS
as for the bog cost, idk, id suggest a minibog

well If you have plants to put in it then definately you could do it for under $100 Walmart usually has peat which is usually cheaper than LFS
