    Dragonflies and Jewel Beetles (?)

I came home to a very light sprinkling of rain, seems to be enough to
make the dragons take refuge. I found this big one under our umbrella.
I didnt think I was going to be able to get so close without spooking

    Blurry, with color enhanced

They look like armored Future Assassins,Capable of Ariel Predation.

Walking to the greenhouse, I saw a beetle drowning in the Capensis' Water basin.
Upon closer inspection, it seems to be a jewel beetle, about the size of a small peanut.
Does anybody know what this is??

Still alive, but moving slowly. HE doesnt want to leave the cloth that I gave him to dry out
