    toothache plant??

    i ordered some CP seeds online and the vendor sent some extras. Something called the toothache plant?? wierd, never even heard of this. Anybody have any interest in growing these?

    There is a native hawaiin Popy plant it is related to the opium poppy minus the optium if you chew on the roots they relieve tooth aces ...
    And they are pretty flower wise but there spikey I am not sure if it is it though.....

    I think you're talking about Argemone mexicana. If you are, it's not native to Hawaii but an introduced species IIRC.

    Duh sorry it is a plant that was used extensively used by the hawaiins,
    she has all these rare natives but she also has some tarrow sugar cane,purple sweet potatoe and the things hawaiins used alot of.
