Amph, can you recommend a supplier for smallish Orchids of the "botanical curiosity" type here in the US? You know.....Lepanthes, Masdevallias, Bubophyllums, Pleurothallids and the like: appropriate companions for a Highland Nepenthes collection. Great plants you've shown! Thanks.

I just realized I can now grow Draculas in my current greenhouse! Can anyone hook me up with a supplier who can sell me D. vampira, or one of the "black" Dracula hybrids? Thanks!

Not sure if they have what you're looking for, but here are some links:

Also, this nursery is pretty close to us and you can schedule a visit. Seems like he's trying to sell his stock on the cheap side, so it's definitely something to consider. http://www.clackamas-orchids.com/

Appears to have C. Chocolate Drop in its parentage ... may even be Chocolate Drop. Unfortunately, there are numerous hybrids out there that have utilized CD in the mix.

    A couple more .....

Once upon a time, this poor thing had a name. But, alas, its previous owners threw the name tag out for some reason. It was, after several years of not reblooming, handed over to me.
