It is bag in long fiber sphagnum moss for the time bing I don't have any bark so I'll get that soon I just put half as much as was in the pot before and it seems to be doing fine no leaves dropping or anything like that but I wasn't growing at all that was what worried me but I think the tempts are the problem there's not much I can do about that till spring other wis my gas bill will go throw the roof lol
