    Unhappy

I just got a sarracenia but I don't know how to water it. Should I place it in a tray or water it from the top?
    Any help would be appreciated

I water mine from the top and let the water run through into the tray. When the soil starts to look dry on top I water again. During the winter I don't leave as much water in the tray. Maybe a " rather than 1".
