Spring growth

DrWurm

Californian in DC
My small collection of small sarrs are finally starting starting to send up new growth with the coming of spring.
S. Oreophila

S. Flava

S. Alata x Oreophila

S. rubra ssp. rubra

Unfortunately, my S. alata x minor did not make it :'(

Nice. I love the look of emerging growth on sarracenia. My s. flava is at home right now so I have to wait until summer to see it! But last time I went home it had 2 emerging pitchers.

Because of the strange variations in weather here (relativly warm- cold- rainy- snow(!) in random combinations) mine havent been albe to finish their first pitcher yet

I just pulled all my sarrs out today. Most of them are sending up little shoots except for Dana's Delight. I think it bit the dust. Time will tell....

yeah, my dana's delight isnt sending up anything either. all my other sarrs have at least 3 pitcher coming out right now.
