Incredible helis BB! What do you do with them in winter? You can't keep them out year round, can you? That H. heterodoxa x minor always looks fantastic for a seemingly very root bound plant.

    Thanks . . .

I keep them out year-round in Northern California, though usually cover them when we experience frost or rare temperatures in the low thirties.

For my tastes and experience, root-bound is the way to go for Heliamphora . . .

Same thing here! After they got over their pest problem in summer they did just fine and were quite prolific. I divided them and got tons of divisions, leaving the biggest ones with me. However, none of them are showing signs of flowering. Keeping my finger crossed, though!

I stopped counting at 253 and there are still more emerging. It's finally warming up here.

BTW Joosa and Yann, my Judith Hindle is being sluggish this year too. I divided it a few months ago and it's currently in a big 15inch ceramic pot with only 3 buds showing so far. Go figure....

Judith Hindle was my first Sarr like many, but I purchased it from a Death Cube at Lowes. I wonder since these plants are from TC, if that affects how readily they will flower?

253.. That might be a new record Let's see if anyone can top that!
